Hi, I’m Sarah!

Hola. I’m a mom to two crazy and amazing boys, Christian, entrepreneur, fitness trainer, early riser, avid coffee drinker, and idea person.
Just like you, I started my own business so that I can not only help more people but call my own shots and have more time and financial freedom.
Being a parent has taught me just how valuable time is with the people we love. I believe time is a bigger asset than money… but money allows us more time freedom – and the opportunity to do more cool things!
I am a big believer in investing time, money, and resources into the things that really matter to us. For me, that includes my faith, family, and helping and encouraging others.
My mission is to help entrepreneurs stop trading all of thier time for dollars and grow a sustainable, scalable, and profitable business through simple system implementation, automated funnel support, and done-for-you resources.
I believe setting up systems and products that allow you to scale your time and help more people is the most BEAUTIFUL thing about online business!
Whether I am working with my fitness and nutrition clients or with other entrepreneurs, my ability to offer personalized support, cut through all the noise and get things done, and create a community of growth and integrity while building honest and real relationships is what makes me unique.
My latest behind-the-scenes video! ⬆️
Every couple of months, I share what’s working, what’s not, and a no-filtered inside look at my business. These videos are typically reserved for members of my Content Solution Club, but from time-to-time, I share them here.
My Story
I’ve always wanted to have my own business.
When I was 8, my dad built me one. 🙂 I wrote fake checks for hours…!
When I was in my 20s, I filled sandbags and wrapped them with pretty duct tape and attempted to sell them for outdoor workouts… I don’t think anyone bought one but my friends and family may have gotten some for gifts that year.
About 10 years ago, I started a fitness and health blog. I spent hours setting up my old school digital camera and trying to run into place before the picture snapped or video started. Luckily, I had no kids then so I had extra hours in the day to stage selfies for a blog that possibly only my mom and sister read. 😜
Seven years ago, when I was pregnant with my first son, Johnny, I started learning all about online marketing and business. It was fun. And this was different than the business books I read in college… the world was changing… and continues to do so!
I decided to start an online marketing business helping fitness and wellness professionals create content and build an online business.
For one, it was fun to learn about. For two, I knew the fitness industry already. And for three, I wanted to prove to myself I could “have my own business.”
The day I made my first $20 was so exciting… seriously! It meant more than $20. It meant someone trusted me.
The first 2 years in business I barely made any money. .
But I stuck with it.
It was hard… I was (and still do) awake at 4am a few days a week for quiet coffee, reading, cleaning up the house and working on my business. I have a job during the day and a family that comes first.
A few years ago, I got to hire my 10-year-old niece Noel to create recipes for me. This brings me joy to share my revenue with her and teach a young person about entrepreneurship.
If you have ever heard of the Kolbe, I am an 8 in the “quick start” which means I love ideas but my follow through sometimes needs help.
So, I brought my sister on board to help me in areas I am not strong in and offer a different perspective.
Being able to share my money and resources with others is what makes building a business fun. 😉
In 2020, my business reached 6-figures. I was able to do this while working outside the home, raising a family, and wearing many hats in my business because I had systems in place (and lots of coffee!).
In 2022, my Facebook account got hacked and overnight, my lead generation went flat. Luckily, I had other marketing avenues and clients that I continued to serve, but Facebook was my biggest form of lead generation and revenue, so my business took a hit. I took the season of business slowing down to focus on my clients and my family before deciding where I wanted to invest my marketing dollars and time next.
I share this story to show you that business, like life, has seasons. And sometimes an unexpected slow business season means more time with family – or something else important – and that is a blessing 🙂
If you decide you’d like to work together, my mission is to offer real-life, no-fluff value when it comes to growing your business.
I help business owners best by setting up simple systems that keeps things organized and functioning efficiently, automated funnels that scale your time, and ongoing support that keeps everything running smoothly!
